Following the expert meeting in Madrid in February, OncoInv continues the conversation on multi-cancer detection (MCD) with a second session in Barcelona.
On April 13, OncoInv will host an expert meeting at Barcelona Health Hub, bringing together leading voices in oncology to further explore how MCD can move from emerging evidence to clinical reality.
The field is developing rapidly. As the evidence base matures, the central question is shifting from scientific promise to practical implementation: how MCD technologies can be integrated responsibly into clinical pathways, and what this means for health systems, clinical governance, and the organization of oncology care.
Building on the discussion in Madrid, this session will focus on real-world application. A panel of distinguished experts, including Dr. Rodrigo Toledo, Dr. Alberto Orta, and Dr. Ernest Nadal, will share perspectives spanning clinical practice, translational research, and institutional leadership.
Together, they will examine the clinical value of MCD, supporting evidence, and the practicalities of implementation across different healthcare settings.
By convening this series of expert discussions across health hubs, OncoInv continues to facilitate meaningful exchange, contributing to the responsible integration of multi-cancer detection through shared knowledge and multidisciplinary insight.
